Crown Molding on a Vaulted Ceiling
Homeowners everywhere are beginning to enjoy the benefits of having wonderful crown molding installed in their homes. This is good news, of course. Crown molding can be installed in all sorts of homes of different shapes and sizes, and is sure to do a wonder in increasing the value of a home because of its classy, aesthetic appeal.
Some homes have very high ceilings in a certain room, usually the living room. The term “vaulted ceilings” has caught on as a way to describe the ceilings that are taller than the standard height for ceilings, and come together to form an arch. These ceilings began as a way to emulate the wide, open atmosphere provided by the ceilings of cathedrals, basilicas, and churches around the world that have these types of ceilings.
