Three wall layout are definitely the most versatile, but they can be expensive since there’s more space to deal with and the water lines may need to run a longer route. Under mount bathroom sinks are the most popular because of how easy they are to clean, but a self-rimmed bathroom sink is easy to install and it’s more ecofriendly. You’ll also want to make sure that you have plenty of storage space both under your sink as well as on the sides of it for toiletries and towels.

In any bathroom, the bathtub is a natural focal point and it has a large impact on your decorating style. Platform tubs are great, but so are free standing ones, it all depends on the look you’re going for.
